Vitamins to Conceive

By Aneron Kepasil

There are two types of infertility. A couple that has no become pregnant after 1 year of unprotected sex is Primary infertility. If a couple has been pregnant before, but can not get pregnant again, it is called Secondary infertility. The cause of infertility can be due to physical or emotional factors. It can either be caused by the male or female. Vitamins to conceive are beneficial for men and women trying to conceive.

To improve sperm count and production, men need to alter their diet to include supplements of certain vitamins, minerals, and herbs for fertility. Vitamin B12 is present in milk, cheese, and eggs. Vitamin E is offered in wheat, peanuts, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Vitamin C is found in broccoli, cabbage, bell pepper, and citrus fruits such as grapefruit, lemons, limes, and oranges. Shellfish, eggs, mushrooms, and walnuts include selenium. The mineral zinc can be found in red meat, eggs, and shellfish. Folic acid is apparent in lettuce, spinach, apricots, cabbage, broccoli, beets, celery, grapes, green beans, and apples. Beta carotene in carrots will also improve this problem.

At present there are many fertility medication herbs available in the markets which help to overcome fertility issues and are very safe to use. These fertility medication herbs are usually extracted from fruits, vegetables, flowers or other natural products. It has been found that selenium, zinc, Vitamin C and E are some of the major contributing deficiency which effect fertility and when these products are taken they help in restoring the fertility of both man and woman. Berries like Chasteberry and red raspberry leaves, and herbs like ginseng, black cohosh and evening primrose oil are used for producing fertility medication herbs tablets which are often prescribed to couples for enhancing their fertility.

Many different fertility problems can influence the chances of getting pregnant, and these include both, those that can be controlled by human behavior and habits and those that cannot. The biggest problem that couples face is trying to figure out the underlying cause of their infertility. Fertility problems can be divided into lifestyle or health problems.

Finally, you may have to consult your doctor for fertility tests. There most common fertility test is the 21 day progesterone test. This test measures your progesterone. If it is elevated, it indicates ovulation has occured.

While many fertility herb treatments focus on women, there are natural solutions available for men too. Mothers Hope is a fertility system that can dramatically increase a couples chances of conceiving. The program focuses on natural vitamins, minerals, and herbs for increasing fertility and regulating the reproductive hormones in women. The other part of this system, Fathers Hope, offers the necessary nutrients to the viability and number of sperm in men. Working on the fertility of both the man and woman can dramatically increase a couple's chances of conceiving.
